Kinton Ramen hit the spot. We ordered Pork Shoyu and Chicken Shoyu and they both rich and flavorful - I particularly like the chewy noodles. The pork gyoza was good too, I’m used to the soy sauce but theirs is different but surprisingly good too. The kaarage chicken was crispy and well-seasoned. Kudos to friendly and efficient staff!

My love for Kinton Ramen knows no bounds. As a long-time fan of Naruto, this was the first place where I truly experienced and enjoyed ramen, and it quickly became more than just a meal. It’s not only about the delicious food but also the vibrant atmosphere. From the lively music and friendly chatter to the perfect spiciness of the dishes and a cold Sapporo beer, everything about Kinton makes it special. Visited the Kinton Ramen Waterloo location and had an amazing experience! I ordered the Veg Spicy Garlic Ramen , Veg Gyoza, Black Sesame Cheesecake, and a Lemonade and every item was a hit. The ramen was packed with flavor, the gyoza was perfectly cooked, and the sesame cheesecake was uniquely delicious and surprisingly tasty. The presentation of the food was clean and visually appealing. The atmosphere of the restaurant was calm and inviting , perfect for enjoying a warm bowl of ramen. One of the highlights was the service: the staff greeted everyone in their traditional, energetic way, which added a fun cultural touch. Special shoutout to Nico, who went above and beyond with food suggestions and made sure I was enjoying everything. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re in the area especially if you're a vegetarian looking for flavorful options. Will be back for sure!
A warm bowl of Spicy Garlic Ramen on a rainy day - flavourful, comforting and absolutely delicious. Nico served us and he was very patient throughout. He was very detail oriented, friendly and attentive.
Service and food were top notch. We were a party of 13 celebrating my daughter’s music recital. The pork miso ramen was perfectly balanced with seasoning. The noodles were cooked to the right texture. The takoyaki was pillowy and delicious and the veggie dumplings were crunchy and tasty. The entire party enjoyed the atmosphere, meal and service. Thank you team for making our small but special event delightful!
